Help Us Protect Three Wonderful Kids – Legal Fees for Custody Battle

I’m raising funds to help cover the legal fees for my son as he fights for custody of his three incredible children. These kids—kind, caring, tenacious, and studious—deserve to grow up in a safe and supportive environment where they can thrive.

Right now, the custody arrangement is 50/50 between mom and dad. Unfortunately, we have serious concerns, supported by court-accepted evidence, about the safety and well-being of the children while they are at their mother’s home. Without going into details to protect the kids' privacy, the current situation at her residence is unstable and not conducive to their health or development.

My son is a devoted father who simply wants what’s best for his children. The legal process to modify custody is complex and expensive, but it is necessary to ensure the kids’ safety and future. All funds raised will go directly toward legal expenses to support this custody battle.
