I’m raising funds to hire a family lawyer so I can seek standard custody of my daughter. This isn’t something I ever imagined I’d have to do, but it’s become clear that I need legal help to ensure she has the structure, support, and opportunities she deserves.

My daughter is currently homeschooled, and while I do everything I can to make sure she learns and thrives, her time with her father and stepmother has become increasingly difficult. She’s often left to handle schoolwork on her own without guidance or consistency, and they’ve refused to participate in any activities or social clubs that would help her connect with other kids and build social skills.

I’ve tried to work with them to find a fair and balanced solution that puts her best interests first, but they’ve been unwilling to compromise. My goal isn’t to take anyone’s place—it’s simply to make sure my daughter has the stability, support, and opportunities every child needs to grow into a happy, confident person.

All funds raised will go directly toward legal fees and court costs to help me secure standard custody and give my daughter the best chance at a healthy, balanced life.
