We are reaching out to invite your support as we work together to address the high water bills affecting the Abington Neighborhood and surrounding communities. Many of you are already aware of the ongoing situation, and we believe it’s important for our broader community to come together and contribute to the legal efforts underway. The Carolina Trace HOA, located in Sanford, NC, has already retained a lawyer to represent our interests, and we want to contribute to the legal fees and support the ongoing legal action.
The funds raised through this campaign will be kept in reserve in case additional legal services are required as the situation develops. If these funds are not needed for further legal work, they will be given to Carolina Trace to help offset their initial legal costs for heading up the legal action on behalf of all affected neighborhoods. By joining forces with others across North Carolina, we hope to ensure that our voices are heard and that we are part of a meaningful, statewide solution.
