This campaign is being managed by Leslie Presley and T'Hud Weber. Lee has reluctantly agreed to let us help him out. For those who have known Lee, either in his personal life or through his art as Lee Presson and the Nails, you will know that he has always been fiercely authentic and dedicated to going above-and-beyond to bring music and entertainment to his community. Now, we are rallying around him to give back.

Unfortunately, Lee has recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Prostate Cancer. We are grateful to finally have a diagnosis and treatment plan after over a decade of insufficient medical care for his severe and worsening chronic pain, however, we are devastated that the cancer was not caught earlier and was allowed to progress this far. Although his cancer is not curable at this point, we are funding to help cover ongoing treatments in the hope of improving his quality of life.

Lee has decided to dive right into treatment, with radiation therapy starting tomorrow. During this intense time of treatment, he will be unable to work and thus unable to fund basic necessities including rent, food, and household items.

We are currently looking to raise $10,000.00, which is expected to cover:

Hospital incidentals not fully covered by insurance

Rent on Lee’s apartment for the duration of treatment

General quality-of-life improvements, whether this looks like moving him to a facility in which he can be best supported, or ensuring friends can meet him where he is to keep him supported and connected to his community.
