Support Lee Hazelwood's Road to Recovery

Brother Lee Hazelwood had a hunting accident where he fell from his deer stand and broke his back, leg, and ankle. He has had surgeries on both his spine and on his leg and ankle. They put a plate in his back from his pelvic bone through his 5th vertebra. They also screwed in a metal plate on his leg and ankle. If everything goes well, he is looking at 6 to 8 months of recovery time. He doesn't have any insurance, so he has to do his physical therapy at home with Tammy's help. Obviously, that is not going to be easy, and he will not be able to work.

I am starting this GoFundMe page for him to get him some help with bills and everyday needs. If anyone can help him out, I know he would appreciate it. Beyond that, I am sure he would also appreciate any visits, phone calls, or texts just to let him know we are all thinking of him.
