My name is Lace Cayetano (Furuike). Along with my dad Jace Furuike, sister, Lia Furuike, Leaven's fiance Ashlee Pakele, and Leaven's 3 year old son, Legend-Jace. We have never thought that a day would come that we'd have to write such a heavy request.

On June 7, 2025 my brother, Leaven-Jace Furuike, succumbed to his injuries obtained on May 30th where a vehicle hit Leaven as he was riding his motorcycle in Kahaluu.

As he had many family members and friends visit during his time in the hospital, including all the text messages, phone calls, and pictures, we received we got to learn so much more about Leaven and how full of life and love he was. The stories brought comfort as we prayed for healing over Leaven.

With medical bills, funeral costs, and other financial bills we are quickly realizing that we need to ask for help.
