Hi! I'm Lea McKenna and I am raising funds for my Eagle Project. For my project, I plan to conduct three panel discussions with women in leadership positions. Session attendees will learn from successful leaders about leadership challenges, different paths that women can take to leadership and receive advice and inspiration. There will also be a chance for attendees to network with women leaders. I seek donations for advertising, session materials, and creating posters to promote the sessions.
