Leanne’s dream has always been to build her family through adoption. So many wonderful children are waiting for families, and every child adopted into a prepared, welcoming, and loving family is one less orphan alone. In 2019, Leanne adopted her daughter, Kimora, from China. Their journey together has truly been a match made in Heaven!

Leanne started the process to adopt again in 2020, hoping to bring home Kimora’s roommate from China. Covid paused the program, and it did not resume. China closed to international adoption permanently in 2024.

After the closure of the China program, Leanne began to seek where in the world her daughter might be found and was led to India. Leanne is currently in process with India to bring another precious daughter home! She has received approval from India and US Immigrations and is awaiting a child’s referral any day now.
