Support Lauren & The Boys After Sudden, Tragic Loss

David Balcaceres was one of the most loving souls I’ve ever had the pleasure of coming across; & to compliment all that love he exuded, he was equally determined to become a better person each & every day. The affection, happiness, security & dedication he provided to his entire family is something that will be forever treasured, yet missed. He would’ve given the clothes off his back if needed. Speaking from personal experience, every time I went over to see Lauren & the kids, he was always there offering food, drinks, cutlery, utensils, you name it he asked if I needed or wanted it; the man just loved to help people. He donated food, he provided for his family, he showed up for his kids, he was doing his part on getting healthy. Dave loved his life so much you’d think he was the richest man alive, meanwhile all that enthusiasm was to be a family man, and to keep his boys happy & healthy. All the memories I have of him with his beautiful fiancé & children, he was smiling ear to ear. When he was tired after a long day but the kids were still going, he would keep up with them with bags under his eyes. But no matter how tired he was, he was always there for his family.
Another admirable trait that David possessed was that he admitted where his faults lie. Like I said earlier, everyday he strived to be a bigger & better person. He left all of his troubles in the past, got the help he needed so he wouldn’t fall back into the same traps, & he was open about it so others wouldn’t make similar choices as him. He may not have always been perfect, but nobody truly is. The mistakes you make in the past do not define you. However it’s how you adapt, overcome & progress past those mistakes that speaks to the person you are; & Dave made all the right moves. He shifted his ambition to become a loving, caring, wholesome provider for his family that we all shall cherish the memory of. Every night he would sleep with his lady by his side, & his baby boy Austin snuggling him close. If they were sick, he was there. If they woke up during the night, he was there. But after one night, daddy wasn’t there. He didn’t wake up. It’s a child’s & a mothers worst nightmare. At 36 years young, David was taken from this earth. A father, a brother, a soon-to-be husband, a caring, loving & genuine soul.
This is a terrible experience for the entire family. Especially for Lauren, to overcome everything that she has been through, to find true love & then be blessed with 2 beautiful boys; she needs us now more than ever. On top of the emotional distress she’s under, financially raising two boys is very difficult. Lauren will never ask for handouts; meanwhile she’ll lend a hand to anyone who needs it. She’s the first one to show up whenever someone’s in need, & now it’s up to us to make sure she doesn’t drown under all the pressure. Prayers & positive thoughts/messages are always welcomed, however financial donations would be very much appreciated. Regardless of how small or large the amount may be, we are grateful for any & all support we can get at this time.
