Laura has been diagnosed with Systemic Scleroderma. She has relocated to Ohio recently to seek treatment for this debilitating disease at Ohio State University.

As she navigates a health crisis involving difficulty with swallowing, breathing, and generalized extreme muscle weakness, she is raising a very active, almost 3-year-old daughter. Sylvie is the light of her life, which makes it heartbreaking to be unable to play or even pick her up to cuddle.

We are praying that treatment offered at OSU will improve her quality of life and allow her to resume activities with Sylvie.

Laura’s current need is for assistance with daycare and preschool costs.
