Support Laura After Michael’s Passing
Donation protected
Laura and Michael shared nearly 50 years together, building a life filled with love, laughter, and family. Married for almost 44 years, they raised three sons and were blessed with seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Michael spent most of his life working hard, first as a semi truck driver and later in automotive salvage, always providing for his family and lending a helping hand to anyone in need. He was known for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering support for those he loved.
Michael’s recent passing from blood cancer has left Laura facing not only the heartbreak of losing her partner, but also the challenge of managing life’s expenses on her own. Two of her sons are staying with her for now, but their support is only temporary. Laura is hoping for help with their car payments so she can focus her remaining finances on Michael’s funeral and her daily living costs. Throughout her life, Laura has always been generous with her time and resources, giving to others whenever she could. Now, she finds herself in need of support from her community.
Laura remembers Michael as her greatest supporter, a loving and steady presence who always put family first. In her words: “He had me at hello. From the very beginning, he was my greatest supporter, and we built nearly 50 years of love and life together. We laughed, we cried, we raised our children, and we stood by each other through everything. The day before he passed away, he held me close and told me, ‘I love you. I’ve loved you, and I will always love you.’ That was who he was — loving, steady, and generous with his heart. He gave me a kiss I will never forget, and when I think about it now, it brings both tears and comfort. The greatest gift he gave me, the part of him I will always carry, is our children — living reminders of his love and the beautiful life we shared. He was kind, giving, and always willing to help others. He touched so many lives, and I will love him forever.”
By supporting Laura, you’re helping her find stability during an incredibly difficult time and honoring the legacy of a man who gave so much to others.
