Lady Chloe Cannon is an exceptional young leader, scholar, and advocate, representing the next generation of changemakers. As a junior at The Colony High School, she’s ranked in the top 14% of her class, she is set to graduate early in December 2025 with both a high school diploma and an Associate of Arts degree. Her academic achievements include a 3.8 unweighted GPA, a 4.6 weighted GPA, and a 3.9 college GPA. She has been named to the Spring ‘24 Collin College President’s List being the only sophomore in her program to qualify, standing out as a high-achieving student.

In recognition of her academic achievements and leadership, Chloe is a member of multiple honor societies, including Phi Theta Kappa, Psi Alpha, National Honor Society, and The National Society of Collegiate Scholars. As she prepares to advance her education, Chloe is eager to further her career in Government and Public Policy, pursuing a B.A. in Political Science with a J.D. & a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration. Ultimately, she aims to merge her passion for writing with her social activism by pursuing a career in Government Relations or Affairs.

Beyond academics, Chloe is a dedicated leader and public servant. She serves as the Chair of the High School Democrats of America Women’s Rights Task Force, the National Political Director for the HSDA Black Caucus, and the Programs Director for the Texas High School Democrats. She is also the Operations Director for IgniteHER and an active member of the City of Dallas Youth Democracy Committee, advocating for youth civic engagement.

Chloe’s passion for service led her to found FemCare 4 All, an initiative that has successfully installed free period product dispensers in schools and is pushing for a statewide menstrual equity bill. Additionally, she is the Founder and President of her school’s Key Club, where she provides students with meaningful volunteer opportunities and fosters a spirit of community service. She has completed over 400 community service hours, working with organizations like Mind4Youth and the FIHRI Foundation to provide resources to underserved communities.

Now, Chloe embarks on another prestigious journey as a Distinctively Debutante, a program celebrating young women of excellence, leadership, and service. To support her participation and ensure her accomplishments are recognized, we are raising funds for advertisements in the program booklet, which also contribute to scholarships for participants:
