Help Us Continue Providing Accessible Healing & Community Support

We are launching this crowdfunding campaign to raise $30,000 over the next two months to ensure our doors remain open to provide services for those who need them most.

L&A Healing Studio (L&A) is more than a wellness space—we are a movement of love, healing, and transformation. L&A is the only healing studio in Chicago that fuses massage therapy, art therapy, acupuncture, yoga, fitness, and retail therapy to create a community-focused experience catered to holistic well-being.

We Need Your Support! Your contributions will assist with:

-Overhead expenses to keep our staff employed, our space open, and resolve past due debts

-Costs to host community events and classes so healing remains accessible to all

-Funding materials for community-driven events focused on art, wellness, and creativity

-Continuing our specialized work with veterans managing pain and trauma

Our Journey & The Challenges We’ve Faced

Established in 2015, we mustered through the global pandemic with assistance from loans during and shortly after to help us survive an unprecedented time. Unfortunately, many of these loans came with high interest rates and unreasonable penalties, creating a financial burden that still affects us today. However, our boutique business managed until the continued ebbs and flows of the economy began to chip away faster than we could keep up—not to mention the constant challenges, such as a lack of resources from grants, loans, and bad business with a consolidation company.

Despite these setbacks, we have never stopped showing up for our community.

We are incredibly grateful for the many individuals who have supported us beyond what anyone could imagine, simply because they believed in the mission and vision of L&A and how we impact the community. Their generosity has allowed us to keep our doors open. Without them, we would have had to close long ago. However, to continue serving our community, we must achieve financial sustainability and begin repaying these debts.
