Helping Kym's Family Through Their Loss

We are deeply saddened to share the sudden passing of Kym Chavez, a beloved wife, mother, and friend. At only 54 years old, Kym was taken from us far too soon. Despite her struggles, she always remained an extraordinarily lively, caring, beautiful, and funny person who loved everyone who came into her life.

Kym was the heart and soul of her family, not only providing emotional support and love but also serving as the primary earner. Her sudden departure has left her family -- José and their two sons Zavier and Amador (both in their early 20s) -- devastated and facing unexpected financial challenges.

We are organizing this fundraiser to reach out to anyone who would be willing to help us, Kym's immediate family, during this incredibly difficult time. Funds raised will go towards funeral expenses, household bills, moving costs, and legal costs as we navigate life without Kym.

Any additional funds will be donated to Women For Sobriety, which supports women seeking a sober life in recovery. She would have wanted to continue the love she gave to others struggling, so we hope to continue her legacy in this way.

Kym touched the lives of everyone who knew her with her warmth, dedication, and unforgettable, infectious laughter. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference and will be sincerely appreciated.
