Kym Turner and I have been friends for nearly a decade, having met at work, WSA, and grown close over the years. Recently, Kym experienced an unimaginable loss when her former spouse and lifelong friend passed away from brain, lung, and spinal cancer, leaving her to care for their three daughters on her own. The family is now facing not only the emotional challenges of this loss, but also the financial burdens that come with it. Unfortunately there was not a life insurance policy in place as they were unable to secure one after his diagnosis.
