Krys and Through the Looking Glass Photography are staples in the Alberta music scene. Krys is always there to help, mentor, and listen to anyone who needs it. Anyone who knows her knows what a bright light she is to be around.

Krys’s health took a turn this year and after finding cancer cells in the lining of her uterus. She now requires a hysterectomy scheduled for October 22. This GoFundMe is to help support her and her four kiddos during her recovery. She will be unable to work for 4 to 6 weeks, 5 to 7 days of those will be spent in the hospital as Krys is high-risk. We hope to help her with her car payments mortgage groceries, housecleaning, and transportation to get her kiddos where they need to go during her recovery. Krys’s children’s father sadly passed away in 2018 so she is the sole provider for her family.

when she is not being a creative genius behind the camera, Krys can be found spending time with her 4 kids Aspen (16), Everest (15), Rundle (13), and Zion (9).
