Kristina is a devoted single mom raising two children, both with autism, including her six-year-old son who has high support needs. She has always worked hard to provide for her family and ensure her kids have the care and stability they need. Recently, Kristina faced a sudden and life-threatening health emergency: congestive heart failure at just 43 years old. This has left her unable to work and in need of ongoing medical care and support.

With Kristina unable to earn an income, her family is struggling to cover essential expenses like rent, utilities, and food. We are currently moving her back home so she can focus on her recovery and be surrounded by loved ones who can help care for her and her children. The road ahead will be long, and Kristina’s recovery will require time, resources, and community support.
