Kristin and Michael Meil have a legacy of being much-loved figures in the local art and restaurant scene in the New Hope-Delaware river corridor. They owned Meil's Restaurant in Stockton, NJ for 25 years and were always happy to donate food, time and inspiration to many causes and creatives. Their guidance and contributions have significantly impacted the well-being of many businesses, artists and individuals, reaching far beyond the local community.

 

 

 

Sadly, Michael passed away in March after living with a debilitating heart condition for almost 20 years. After sharing a life with Michael that spanned nearly five decades, the past two demanding extreme measures of care from Kristin for Michael, she now finds herself depleted. Michael did not have life insurance, and their savings were put towards medical bills.
