Hi! I’m Mandi, dear friend and colleague of Kristin Jensen. We have sung together many places, but currently we work together at St Paul’s Episcopal Church as the soprano and alto section leaders.

Kristin is a hard worker, a supportive colleague, and a great musician and mother. She is going through a difficult time right now and I’d like to call in support from her community.

Kristin is a single mom as of one year ago. She has been holding her own, but recently lost a huge source of funding that provided her with house security. Without that funding, it’s been difficult to pay for rent, food, and other necessities for herself and her daughter.

In addition, this loss of funding was sudden, and has exacerbated the symptoms of Kristin’s invisible disability. It has made maintaining a routine difficult for Kristin and her daughter. Kristin’s business has also been affected by the downturn in the economy, which has piled on to the financial insecurity she and her daughter face.
