I never imagined the stir I would create as simply dressing as Krampus and walking about five blocks in a Christmas parade. All of the attention has been overwhelming both positive and negative. But when you've got momentum even if it's negative attention, use it to point it to something good.

So for everyone that hates Krampus, Krampus is going to going to spread a little bit more holiday cheer this year. So if you've been following all the drama, leave a buck or two and every single bit of it is going to be donated to the Fayetteville Independent Restaurant Alliance.

As a business owner in the hospitality world, I can tell you that these guys do great work, this time of year is both extremely busy and bars and restaurants, but January and February can be brutal, and people that work so hard to show you an amazing holiday time shouldn't be forced to suffer the very next month while everybody saves money or cuts out going out for their new year resolutions.
