For the second time, my friend Kimmy and her partner Anthony find themselves surrounded by water, experiencing the loss of some of their animals, fear, and a devastating mess to clean up.

I'm raising funds to help them with their insurance deductible and to replace animal feed and cover initial repairs, for like so many of us, sufficient emergency funds do not exisit.
