<div>For the second time,  my friend Kimmy and her partner Anthony find themselves surrounded by water, experiencing the loss of some of their animals, fear,  and a devastating mess to clean up.

<div>I'm raising funds to help them with their insurance deductible and to replace animal feed and cover initial repairs, for like so many of us,  sufficient emergency funds do not exisit.
