Help Me Fight for Custody of My Son

Hi, my name is Kianna Shaw, and I’m a mother doing everything I can to fight for my son Chance .

Due to a missed court date that I wasn’t properly prepared for, the judge ruled in favor of my child’s father, and I temporarily lost custody. I only have 30 days to file an appeal and fight to be heard—but I can’t afford an attorney on my own.

This situation has broken me in ways I can’t even explain, but I refuse to give up. My son deserves to have his mother in his life. I’ve been trying to keep the peace, to co-parent with grace, to move forward after a difficult breakup, but now I need to take a stand—for both of us.
