I don’t know where to even start. My name is Kiana. I’m a young mother of 2. Today, March 17, 2026, will be a day I’ll never forget. I was coming from town in Franklinton when I noticed flame sparks falling from under my car. I pulled to the side, turned my car off, got out, and saw a fire going under my car. In panic, I unbuckled my kids, grabbed my wallet, and got as far away from the car as possible. I called 911. In a matter of minutes, my car was in full flame. I only saved one car seat, but so many things were lost in that car. I used my last bit of money to get groceries for that night's dinner, but I couldn’t get them from the car. It’s one thing to watch it on TV, but to actually experience it is quite terrifying. I’m thankful me and my kids made it out. For me, this is a very big loss. Not only the car, but the things that were in there were just as important. I’m grateful for anyone that can help in any way.
