Justice for Khariton Zazhitskiy: Legal Fund

My name is Anastasia Zazhitskaya, and I’m reaching out as the daughter of Khariton Zazhitskiy during one of the most challenging times our family has ever faced.

On April 21st, 2025, my father was wrongfully arrested in Montgomery County, TX, after accidentally discharging a firearm. He was released the very next day, and the court found no probable cause for the arrest. Despite this, he now faces a court date on May 22nd, 2025, to fully clear his name.

Additionally, USA Fencing has suspended his membership and banned him from all events and venues. This decision is devastating—not only is fencing my father’s passion, but it is also his livelihood. It prevents him from earning a living and doing what he loves most: coaching and inspiring others.
