Support Kerry Flynn through brain surgery

Kerry Flynn joined our workplace around September 2024, and with her came a whirlwind of stray animals and banter that makes you laugh out loud.

Kerry devotes every waking moment to her charity, Protected Paws Animal Rescue. She coordinates and messages about her animals on her days off, is constantly scouring various lost animal social media pages (usually instead of sleeping!), and has been known to leave a night out to go catch a stray, how many of us can say we would do that?

Now - the main point of this GoFundMe - Kerry has been diagnosed with a brain tumour, and is having brain surgery next month.

I already know she’s been preoccupied with helping her charity stay alive during this time (which also has a fundraising page - see https://donate.justgiving.com/charity/protectedpawsanimalrescue/donation-amount), and has not put herself first. Therefore, this fundraiser is for her and her alone.

Brain surgery can take anywhere from 3 to 6 months to recover from if not longer, including exhausting physiotherapy exercises, appointments and repeat scans/tests.

This fundraiser will go towards anything Kerry needs in this time - medications, clothes, food, transport, creature comforts etc

Please help us give back to the person that looks out for the animals that have no one!
