Kerr Kids has a big dream: to create a safe, joyful, and consistent home where children and families in Kerrville can come together to play, imagine, heal, and grow.

Kerr Kids has been working hard to bring joy and connection to kids in our community through family events, creative workshops, and playful activities. Now, it’s time for our next step — finding our very first dedicated space.

Our Vision for the Space

Our first home will be a place where:

Kids can play & imagine — through interactive play zones, pretend play, and creative hands-on activities.
Families can gather & grow — with art classes, yoga, and family workshops.
Community can celebrate together — hosting birthday parties, family events, and special programs.

This won’t just be a building — it will be a hub of joy, healing, and connection for Kerrville families.

Why We Need Your Help

We don’t have the funds to do this on our own. Rent, utilities, insurance, and startup costs add up quickly — and that’s where our community comes in. Together, we can build something amazing.

Securing and setting up our very first space

$500 – Room Sponsor: Covers a play zone or one month of utilities

$1,600 – Home Hero: Sponsors one full month of rent

$5,000 – Legacy Builder: Provides the seed funding to launch our very first home

Important Note

Kerr Kids is a grassroots community initiative. We are not yet a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, which means donations are not tax-deductible at this time. However, we do have a tax number applying for nonprofit status and hope to have our 501(c)(3) designation in the coming months.

We want to be fully transparent while also inviting you to be part of this journey from the very beginning. Your early support means the world to us — you’re helping lay the foundation for something bigger than all of us.
