I am a resident of Boerne, Texas. For years, I have given donations to our wonderful Kendall County Women’s Shelter. So many women and children have found shelter there in their time of need.

Over time, I have noticed the driveway and the drop-off area have become so full of large potholes, and their small shed is literally falling apart. I asked why they don’t fix it, and they said they just don’t have the funds; they center is always full of women with needs that come first.

I believe we can join to raise the money to fix the driveway and get them a usable shed. They give so much to so many and ask nothing from our community, so I am asking and am committed to repairing the donation drive-up area and getting a new shed for them. Surely our community can pitch in to this worthy cause. Thank you.
