“Help Kelvin Thompson”

Hi, my name is Victoria Bissig, and I’m here to ask for your help for my only child, Kelvin Thompson.

Kelvin’s life began with heartbreak. When he was just seven months old, his father was taken from him during a senseless act of violence — two men targeted and killed him in what was later determined to be a hate-driven crime. Despite growing up without his father, Kelvin has built a life centered on service, hard work, and community.

Kelvin is a proud U.S. Navy veteran, a loving father to his 14-year-old daughter, and a dedicated worker who has been with the same company for 17 years. He’s also a leader in our community, running a men’s support group twice a month to help Black men and young men find hope and guidance.

Now, Kelvin is facing a legal battle for something he did not do. This fight is threatening his home, his job, and his future.

We urgently need your help to cover legal fees, keep his home, and protect his job.

Kelvin has spent his life overcoming hardship and serving others — now it’s our turn to serve him.
