Hi, I’m Karin

My brother Kenny and I are asking for help on behalf of our “little” brother, Keith.

We are reaching out with a humble heart to ask for support for my brother, Keith and his family.

Keith recently had major surgery at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center in Houston to have his Aortic aneurysm repaired. This being the only hospital qualified to perform this surgery. Keith and his wife, Mari have been in Houston since May 27th having to pay their own airfare, hotels, meals and still maintain a household back home. Medical experts anticipate at least another two weeks in the hospital. While we’re incredibly grateful he made it through, his recovery has come with unexpected complications. He’s still in the ICU, and things are moving slower than we hoped. Mari has been by his side every single day, doing everything she can to support him however, they’re far from home and facing an uphill battle emotionally, physically, and financially.

Keith is truly one of the sweetest, strongest, and most hardworking men you could ever meet. He’s not someone who asks for help—but right now, he needs it. He’s determined to get back on his feet and return to work, but recovery takes time, and we want to lessen the burden on his family.

Back home, they also have their children who are missing their parents and doing their best to stay strong while everything feels uncertain. This has been hard on all of them, and they need our support more than ever.
