Help Us Honor Keino’s Life
**UPDATE**
Justice Update for Keino
We want to share an important update with all of you who have been praying, donating, and standing with our family during this heartbreaking time.
The shooter responsible for my nephew Keino’s death has been arrested.
While nothing can ever bring Keino back to us, knowing that law enforcement is actively pursuing justice has brought a measure of peace to our grieving hearts.
There is still one more suspect at large, and we continue to pray and believe that they, too, will be brought to justice. Only then can we feel a sense of closure, knowing both individuals responsible for this senseless act are behind bars.
Thank you for your continued support — your donations, prayers, and shares mean the world to us. Please keep our family, especially Keino’s mother Suzette, lifted in your hearts. We are pressing forward to give Keino the honorable farewell he deserves.
With love and gratitude,
Aunty Toni & Family
Help Us Honor Keino’s Life
My name is Aunty Toni — a title given to me by my beloved first-born nephew, Keino. It is
with unimaginable grief that I share the devastating news that Keino passed away early this morning, June 14th, as the result of a senseless act of road rage. He was only 27 years old.
Keino was shot three times in the chest and taken from us far too soon. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, a kind and humble young man with a calm spirit, a bright future, and dreams of becoming a husband and father one day. His life was filled with purpose, and his heart was filled with love — for his family, his country, and his vision for the future.
Our hearts are shattered. Keino was not just a nephew to me — he was a light in our family. Intelligent, sweet, and deeply loved by everyone who knew him. His sudden and tragic death has left us shaken to our core, especially his mother, Suzette, who is now facing the unimaginable grief of losing her first-born son.
As a family, we are still reeling from having lost three family members in just three months. The weight of this pain is overwhelming. And now, in the midst of our mourning, we are faced with the knowledge of wanting to create something to Honor and Celebrate Keino’s life. He was such a special person He needs to be remembered for all the good he put out in the world. These funds will now be used to create something lasting for Keino. Something to give my nephew a legacy! Something that will help others and be a reminder that his life though cut short had purpose and meaning!
We are asking for your help — whether through a financial contribution, a prayer, or by simply sharing this fundraiser with others. Every bit of support brings us one step closer to honoring Keino’s life in the way he deserves.
No donation is too small. And if you can’t give financially, we ask that you please keep our family — especially my sister Suzette — in your thoughts and prayers as we navigate this heartbreaking season.
Keino will never be forgotten. His memory will live on in our hearts forever, and this loss will change our family forever.
With gratitude and love,
Aunty Toni
