Support Kedwin's battle with ICE

Kedwin, my older brother, member of our community and a legal resident of the United States since 2005, was unexpectedly detained due to his open immigration case. After a visit to the Dominican Republic, he was held at Logan Airport for over 48 hours, without any explanation as to why before being transported to Plymouth Correctional Facility in Massachusetts where he learned he was not eligible for parole due to having a minor record. Please note these are minor crimes and do not hold jail time normally. We are all for accountability and justice but the fact that Kedwin faces deportation from his home for a misdemeanor is absurd. We will not give up this fight.

As you can imagine, this unforeseen event has placed a significant emotional and financial strain on our family.

We are reaching out to our community for support to help cover Kedwin's legal battle. While we have managed to cover a portion of these costs, the ongoing expenses are beyond what we could have imagined.
