Our friend Katrina is a loving, resilient mama to 5 beautiful girls, and right now she is walking through an unthinkable tragedy. After fighting for her family to stay together, experiencing the foster system, and overcoming incredible hurdles to keep her family afloat, Katrina’s love of her life passed away following complications from a severe infection.

Trey was the rock of the family, the sole breadwinner, and a devoted father to his children. His passing has left Katrina and his daughters in the depths of raw grief and heartache, and the bills are piling up quickly, jeopardizing the safety and well-being this family has fought so hard for.

As Katrina processes this immense loss, we’re asking the community to wrap around her with love and support so that she can focus on caring for her daughters and healing for herself.

Funds from this campaign will go towards Katrina’s most desperate needs—keeping the lights on, the fridge stocked, and her babies warm. Any additional funds will be put towards a savings account to keep her family afloat.
