I am a single mom who came out to California to go to rehab for my drinking problem. I have been through so much trauma in my life, and right now, I am doing everything I can to heal and become the best mom I can be for my son. This journey hasn’t been easy, but I am determined to get better and give my son the life he deserves.

Currently, I am not making any income and cannot get a job while I am in PHP. My FMLA is running out, and I am struggling to cover my car payment and basic living expenses. I want to be able to provide a safe home for my son, buy food and essentials, and make sure he has everything he needs while I focus on my recovery.
