I am writing this with a heavy heart and a deep sense of urgency. My son has been placed in DCF custody, and I am fighting with everything I have to bring him back home where he belongs.

The legal system is complex, and I’ve realized that navigating it on my own is not enough. I need the help of a skilled and qualified attorney who can advocate for me and ensure my voice is heard. However, the attorney’s retainer fee is $5,000, $2,000 of which is due upfront, with the remaining amount to be paid off in monthly payments of $500 and I simply don’t have the financial resources to cover the upfront cost on my own.
