Support Katie and Her Three Little Ones

Hi! My name is Eliza and I started this fundraiser to support my amazing friend Katie during a challenging period of her life.

Katie is one of the biggest hearted humans I have ever met. She gives and gives of herself tirelessly to those she loves. Katie currently has custody of her adopted daughter's three children, all of whom are under 3 years old! She has been caring for the kids for almost two years now, completely on her own.

Katie quit her 25 year teaching career in order to care for the children full time because child care was way too expensive for her as a single parent. She started driving a school bus because it gave her the opportunity to bring all three kids along with her so she could still continue to work. Katie receives no financial assistance whatsoever.

Katie is one of those people who would never think to ask for help or inconvenience anyone else. That's why I'm doing this. I want to give Katie some piece of mind and to help her make it through the summer when she won't be able to work.

I am hoping we can help make her life and in turn, the kid's lives a little easier this year. Any amount you can contribute will help and be truly appreciated!!!
