*Update*

The reality is we've run out of time. Kamryn and I have had a difficult conversation and I'm happy to report shes very accepting of what has to happen next. We have to move.

The funds already raised have been put towards necessary bills, and any further funds raised would assist with moving expenses.

This will be difficult but as long as we have each other, we will continue to get through anything.

This is difficult for me to post—but I need help.

After my former roommate left me with unpaid rent and unexpected expenses, I’ve been fighting for 8 months to stay afloat. I’ve done everything I can, but time’s up: if I can’t pay the full balance by August 31st, my property manager will file for eviction on September 1st.

This isn’t just about me—it’s about my daughter, Kamryn. She’s 10, just started 5th grade, and loves her school and neighborhood. This home is her safe place. Losing it would mean losing all of that.

I’ve used everything I had, including what was left of my inheritance, and I’m still short. Any help—sharing this or donating—could keep us in our home.
