My name is Rebecca Davis. They say it takes a village to raise a child. We are asking our village to please help out. My 15-year-old great-nephew, Kason, has been diagnosed with osteosarcoma (bone cancer). We thought he was having growing pains before Christmas 2024, when in fact he had a tumor on his tibia.

Treatments will go on for 30 weeks or more at Children's Hospital in Denver, Colorado. (Kason lives in Grand Junction, CO, 4 to 5 hours from Denver, depending on traffic). Kason will have to have leg reconstruction surgery once treatments are over. Kason loves to ride dirt bikes and go snowmobiling; he loves to hunt, fish, and anything outdoors.

If you feel it in your heart to help out with expenses, Kason and his family would be very grateful. If you can't help, we understand and only ask for lots of prayers to get through this incredibly long journey. This diagnosis has turned his family upside down. Please pray for everyone dealing with cancer. Words could not express how much it would mean to this family that never asked for anything to help this young man and his family get through this tragedy.
