Making a Difference in Puerto, Plata - DR!

Dear Friends and Family,

We are thrilled to share an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful difference. Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with this resilient community, witnessing their strength, unwavering spirit, and growth with our support.

In 2023, we interviewed and selected several young women to attend weekly English classes, which we continue to sponsor monthly. The impact has been remarkable; not only have the participants begun speaking English, but members of their households are benefiting as well.

We’ve also provided nursing uniforms for students enrolled in a rigorous nursing program, helping those who could not afford them. While we celebrate these improvements, we also recognize the challenges many families face, including the need for financial support to cover medical supplies and funeral costs.

On our upcoming Day of Service, scheduled for Saturday, October 26th, we will provide school supplies for 120 students, groceries, women's care products, and essential medical supplies, including vitamins and life-saving prescriptions.

Your generous contributions will directly support our initiatives and help us fulfill our mission. All funds raised will be dedicated solely to benefiting the community.
