Karla was struck by a car when crossing the road from visiting a friend.

She is now home. Karla has fractures in her back along with bruises and needs time to recover.

The family is asking for donations to help pay for medical bills and allow them to stay home and take care of Karla as she goes through recovery.

Also, with the holidays coming it would be great if they were able to provide Karla and her sister some Christmas gifts.
