Placed in a coma with collapsed lungs and severe brain damage, her struggle is immense. We aim to gather funds not only to assist her single mother in covering medical expenses but also to support any other needs they may have during this challenging period. I, Carolina Espinoza am the niece of Ana Dinora Pineda the mother of Karina who has since passed away. The fund raised in this fundraiser will go towards paying medical bills from Karina time in the hospital. As well as, funeral expenses as we plan to bury Karina in Honduras, the country in which she was born and raised. All funds will go directly to the mother, my aunt.
