Support Kam Goo's Path to Citizenship

I'm a missionary in Thailand and I am raising funds for a young adult I work with. His name is Kam Goo, and he doesn't have Thai citizenship but has grown up in Thailand and his future is in Thailand. The processes to obtain citizenship is costly and I am looking for help to sponsor him.
