Support Kalki Ji and Family in Tough Times
Donation protected
Hello everyone,
The Indian community is requesting donations for a dear friend Kalki Ji, who is facing a critical and time-sensitive challenge. He is at risk of deportation and needs our help to secure a passport and take the necessary steps to stay in the country legally.
The Situation:
Kalkiji is a born citizen and has lived here his entire life, and has built a life centered around family, friends, work, or community contributions. Unfortunately, due to recent changes to immigration policies, he is now facing the unimaginable risk of being forced to leave.
To resolve this situation, Kalkiji and his family need to apply for a passport and complete additional legal processes, which come with significant costs that they cannot shoulder alone.
Why This Matters:
Kalki ji and his family are more than just friends, they’re an integral part of our community. They’ve been role models to so many. Losing Kalki ji would mean disrupting their life, their ability to support their family, and the community they’ve helped build.
How You Can Help:
We’ve started this GoFundMe to cover the expenses required to secure Kalki’s passport and legal fees. These include:
• Passport application fees for family of 5: $2000
• Travel or related costs, if needed: $1000
Goal:
Our goal is to raise $3000 as quickly as possible to ensure Kalkiji has the resources needed to stay in the country and continue building their life here.
Your Impact:
Every donation, no matter how small, brings us closer to helping Kalki ji overcome this hurdle. Sharing this campaign with others who care about justice and community makes a huge difference, too.
Closing Words:
Time is of the essence, and your support means the world to Kalkiji. Together, we can ensure Kalki ji remains in the place they call home, surrounded by the people who love them.
From the bottom of my heart—and on behalf of Kalki ji thank you for your kindness, generosity, and compassion during this urgent time.
