Every action matters deeply. These communities are powerful, and when given a moment of connection, they can massively contribute to our society.

Our organization trains and develops men to become above average pillars of our community through demonstrating masculine values and working together as team.

The Kaizen Dojo is a local community organization stemming from the Sterling Institute of Relationship, whose purpose is "To engage in the process of locating the source of your power and discovering and dissolving the barriers between you and manifesting that power so that you experience total freedom as only a man can and with that freedom be the man you always wanted to be."

We are the demonstration of healthy and committed masculinity that our modern culture is calling for right now.

This event is one piece of demonstrating that teams of men can act as a powerful force for good in our communities.
