Support Kade's Second Fight Against Leukemia

Hello, my name is Stephanie Heisel and I am fundraising for my dear friend’s the Kings as they fight alongside their eight year old son Kade in his second battle with Leukemia. Here is Kade’s story.

In 2020 Kade was diagnosed with Acure Lymphoblastic Leukemia, he was 4 years old just starting pre-K and his life was turned upside down. After 25 months of treatment that consisted of over 50 chemotherapy and radiation infusions, 8 spinal tap procedures for chemotherapy, 120 injections for blood clots and dozens of other therapy drugs during treatment. Kade beat Cancer for the first time. Sadly 38 months later Kade had been diagnosed with a Relapse Leukemia. He is now 8 years old, just finished his first year of little league, moved to a new state, made new friends and has been hit with the awful news that he has Cancer again. Kade will be facing another 2 years of therapy, almost half of his life will now consist of cancer treatment. Relapse treatment is a much more intense version of what Kade has already been through. He will be receiving multiple new chemotherapies that he did not have before and is currently admitted to Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital for at least 30 days to ensure he can get into Remission yet again. Kades Parents and his Sister are making sure they spend every minute with him they can that includes multiple trips from home to the hospital every day. Kade is one of the toughest kids in the world and he will overcome this disease again to be crowned the 2 time cancer survivor.
