Support Justin's Fight for Parental Rights

Hello, my name is Justin. I am an alienated, falsely accused, and forgotten father of a beautiful little girl. At just 6 months old, my visits with her ceased suddenly and without warning. I had already missed her birth and the first month of her life, that's right....the alienation started a long time ago and just got worse as time went on.

So, fast forward to today. A good friend of mine suggested I start a GoFundMe after I posted on my Facebook looking for help with retaining a lawyer or advice. I was unsure about it because I fully intended to pay anyone back who was able and willing to help me, and wasn't sure I could still do that using this method. I am still trying other ways, selling what I own, etc., but I would hate myself for not trying everything possible.

My daughter is now almost 1 and a half years old.....I initially thought I could go at this on my own, so I filed petitions in the courts to establish paternity, start child support, and have a court-ordered parenting plan set so she could not continue keeping my daughter from me. What I did not realize was the extent my daughter's mother was willing to go to keep my daughter from me.....she got a lawyer somehow, has attempted to accuse me of abuse, claiming it was my fault I have not seen my daughter...the list goes on and on.

These baseless, proofless, and completely false slanderous accusations are what led me to realize I cannot do this on my own; I need a lawyer and soon. The court hearing for visitation is coming up in September, and all I am asking is for help getting the retainer fee for a lawyer I was able to find on a father's rights site. She said that once I can get the retainer, she will be able to work with me on a payment plan, moving forward, if the retainer gets used up.

I fully intend to pay people back; I am not here for a handout. I just want my daughter back in my life, and being on a limited income with disability, I do not have $4,000 just lying around. So please, if you donate, reach out to me or one of my friends who share this, so I can start making a list of people I need to pay back. It may take some time, but I will make sure everyone who wants to be paid back gets paid back. That I swear.
