Support Justice and Protect Free Speech

My name is Rich Schiffer. I am 65, father and grandfather and law-abiding citizen.

On May 16th I had the canton police with search warrant in hand to search my informant system in my truck at my business for my travel in canton between mar 6-apr 7th only to come back a week later to my house for the same, I received a summons on Sept 3rd 2024 to appear in court for an arraignment, to be be charged with 6 counts of littering and 4 counts of witness intimidation/ harassment. Arraignment to be held on October 23 at 9 AM at the Stoughton District Court, I have never talked, emailed, yelled,fb messages or text any one I just passed or dropped minute 2” ducks around canton and surrounding to to express my opinion all with in my 1st Amendment rights to Free Speech This is a basic right afforded to us by the Constitution of the United States. Any monies left over from these hearings will be used for further legal representation and an effort to stop it , for all victims of this horrendous injustice, to other citizens, wrongfully charged for speaking out
