My cousin June , 17, collapsed from Heat Stroke walking home on August 1st. Her Temp was 118. She collapsed on a hot sidewalk, a person saw her and stopped and called 911. Police turned her and placed towels under her until paramedics arrived. Her core temp was 106 when she arrived at the ER. She was immediately transferred to Halle Arizona Burn Center where she has 3rd degree burns on her left arm, leg, hip, stomach, left hand, right inner knee, and right arm.

She has undergone 2 surgeries and a 3rd is scheduled for 8/14. Her recovery time is estimated to be 12 to 18 months after being released from the hospital.

We are looking to support her and the medical costs at this time.
