Hi, my name is Julie, and I’m a single mother of three doing my absolute best to keep my family afloat after a series of devastating events that have left us in a very vulnerable position right before the holidays.
2023, my children and I survived a house fire that took everything we owned. With a lot of strength, prayer, and support from so many, we were able to rebuild enough to move into a new home and start over. I had secured a full time work from home job and truly believed we were finally on our way back to stability.
Unfortunately, shortly after moving in, a power surge damaged my work equipment, and I lost my full-time job as a result. Determined to keep providing for my children, I immediately began driving for Uber Eats to bring in income while searching for new full-time employment.
Then, the day before Thanksgiving, everything fell apart again. The motor in my vehicle seized without warning. I now have no transportation, no way to work, no way to get my children where they need to go, and no way to earn income. We are currently stranded.
To make matters even harder, we recently moved to Fort Pierce, which means we are far from family and any real support system. The timing of all of this right before the holidays has been especially heartbreaking for me because of my kids.
Im looking for an opportunity for a partial trade for my vehicle
, but I do not have the funds needed to make it happen. This single step would restore our transportation and allow me to return to work immediately and continue providing for my family.
I like many am not someone who is comfortable asking for help easily. I have always worked hard and done everything I can to provide for my children. But right now, I am in a position where I cannot do this alone, and swallowing my pride is the only way forward for my kids.
If you’re able to donate, share, or simply keep us in your prayers, it would mean more than I can ever express. Every single bit of help brings us one step closer to stability and hope again.
From the bottom of my heart.
Thank you for reading, sharing, and supporting my family.
