Judge Jim Troupis, a victim of leftist lawfare, is facing bankruptcy and prison because he dared to represent President Donald Trump in the 2020 Wisconsin election recount and carefully followed the law of the Electoral College Act of 1887 at that time. For recommending that a slate of alternate electors submit the certificate required to preserve President Trump's legal options in cases that were undecided, Jim has been targeted by the Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul, and by the corrupt Arctic Frost investigators at the Biden FBI and DOJ. He is also the prime target of the 65Project fanatics filing multiple bar complaints and has been slandered in the pages of Wikipedia.

Kaul has charged him with 11 counts of "forgery" for the elector's certificate, even though Kaul has admitted multiple times in court documents that alternate electors are appropriate, required in contested circumstances to preserve rights, and perfectly legal. The ongoing lawfare is an obvious politically motivated prosecution. A case filed against Michigan alternate electors on the same basis was just thrown out by a Democrat judge.

Personally, his family has been put through years of hell, in one instance being detained and harassed while returning from a Disney cruise, just so the corrupt actors could copy electronic devices. They have been subjected to illegal surveillance of bank and phone records and farcical civil suits that have cost hundreds of thousands of dollars to defend against. They have been denied the right to travel outside of the United States and subjected to public vilification. They have spent almost $2 million in legal fees and that number is likely to rise beyond $3 million for a trial that is expected to last months.

Four years ago, when representing President Trump in the Wisconsin election recount, Judge Troupis was part of an official process that AG Kaul approved, in writing, in a brief to the Wisconsin Supreme Court. But now? Kaul, four years later, accuses him of forgery, in a convoluted criminal indictment that multiple media outlets have characterized as one of the worst cases of politically motivated lawfare in modern history.

The 11 counts—each carry a potential 6-year sentence. At 72 years young, facing the possibility of spending his remaining years in prison, away from his wife of 50 years and his grandchildren, is unfathomable. This is not just about money; it's about preserving an innocent man's freedom!

President Trump isssued a Federal Pardon for Jim and 76 others caught in this vendetta, but that does not stop this Wisconsin State Action! The Criminal charges and expenses continue. Judge Troupis is the "Last Man Standing" as one of the President's Captains on this battlefield.
